It’s feeling that pressure from above and the understanding of what makes a great story that drove a few of us marketers to launch Marketing Content Lab, a new initiative aimed at redefining the way AI marketing content is created, shared, and perceived.
The idea of Marketing Content Lab was driven by one of our founders seeing a gap in the market for truly impactful go-to-market strategies. We noticed that while there is no shortage of go-to-market content being produced, the effectiveness of this content often falls short of its potential. We also saw that some organizations were cutting costs and outsourcing their content to cookie-cutter AI factory mills.
Our goal was to bridge this gap by fostering a space where innovation in content creation is not just encouraged but facilitated with the help of AI, while keeping the human narrative that drives the best go-to-market strategies.
The need for a new approach
Our analysis showed that despite the abundance of content, there was a lack of coherence and strategy in the way AI content was being produced and trusted. Many marketers we know focused on quantity over quality when using AI tools, or companies were producing marketing collateral without actually using marketers at all.
Marketing Content Lab was conceived as a solution to these issues, with a focus on strategic, impactful content that cuts through the noise, while finding a happy balance between AI and human-generated content.
This collaborative approach also extends to working with our audience. Feedback loops and engagement metrics are integral to our process, allowing us to refine and optimize our platform to better serve our fellow marketers.
